Now that you know my name, let's dive into who I am and the purpose of this site. In 2020, I faced significant mental health challenges that led me to start a creative side hustle, making decor to make ends meet. Little did I know, this side hustle would evolve into a full-fledged career in Creative Marketing and Branding. What started as a personal journey turned into JLR & Co., a creative business that’s been the driving force behind multiple companies in the education and well-being industries during which I've continued to gain certifications to enhance my skill and offerings.

Fast forward four years, and here I am—reimagining JLR & Co. once more, this time diving into the world of retail design and sharing my story through this blog.

While my creative design work keeps life moving, it’s through this blog and the items I design that I reveal who I am at my core. On paper, JLR & Co. is an SBA-certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), but here, it’s much more. It’s a reflection of someone navigating life, figuring things out, and taking bold, innovative risks for clients (as you can see in my portfolio).
